When will my baby sleep all night
Most young children are physically able to sleep all night in the sixth month, however this varies a lot from one child to another. Even newborns are accustomed to sleep for long, steady and quiet times at night, as they were used to hear the voices of the family through the uterus for about two months before they are born.
Just like you, your baby's sleep cycle depends on his food regime, the body temperature and the excretion of hormones. All these factors affect our daily rhythm, which is the cycle of biological activity normally experienced by our bodies through 24 hours. We feel sleepy when the levels of the adrenaline hormone and the body temperature slump, then we get back to the awaking stage when the levels of hormones and body temperature rises.
In fact, it is hard to feel sleepy when the temperature of our bodies and the level of hormone are high, as well as it is hard to wake up when they slump .this explains why we suffer from travel fatigue when we travel across time zones, and this is also what requires people who work for late hours to train themselves on their non usual time. Some individuals interact in such cases better than others, that’s why some mothers feel uneasy of waking during the night with their baby more than others.
